Is shifting real??

This question often pops up in our head. How is it possible?? Is it not just lucid dreaming?? 

Well, i was asking that myself too! But then i shifted, so ig it is lol

You may often try to give up on shifting, questioning it's realness. Its normal! Cause like, why would you belive some stranger on the internet that they left their body and just traveled the universe to another body. Shocking, right?? Well, I can't do anythingto asure you that its rea, but I can say some things that helped me not give up.

~I shifted on accident. Literally. That means that there is nothing wrong with your methods or you cant shift bla bla NO. It just wasnt the day. BUT THERE WILL BE ! ;D

~You reall think that youre such a miracle, that ONLY YOU cant shift when everyone can?? tahts alittle selfish bae :I So take a deep breath and relaaaaax.

~Don't be like "omg if i dont shift tonight i will be  so sad' i mean just relax and be like whatever, maybe i will shift maybe not, idc. Thats when themagic happens...;)
