invest in a teasing comb, loads of hairspray. got2b also have this cool texture powder which i find adds some cool volume. just make sure to spray it after. if your hair is short you can also use gel, which is what i do

what kind of gel or spray would u recommend? don't wanna spend a bunch of money on stuff that won't work y'know?
