need some help w/coding [limiting the space vertical marquees take up on interests boxes and also changing header colors*

so i had like this interest section on my profile that was like "blinkies hoard" and it was a shitton of blinkies scrolling upwards and it looks fine on mobile but on desktop the section takes up like. the height of the whole mass of blinkies which kinda ruins the effect? anyway to fix this bc ive tried using the height modifier thingamajig but it just straight up doesnt work. Also cont seem to change the color of the headers from any of the blurbs or friends sections pls help. loosing my shit
