Layouts for pages other than my profile

Does anyone know how to have the background of your profile's layout to also be included when users are viewing blog/bulletin posts, comments, etc. Right now my layout only works on my profile, when someone clicks to read one of my posts the page uses the default blue layout :(

You can customize your blogs, but (unless something has changed since I last tried) you cannot customize bulletins or the View All section for comments.

On each blog entry, you will need to include your CSS styles somewhere in the post. Keep in mind that the layout of the blog page is different than the layout of the profile page, so you will need to adapt the CSS you used on your profile if you want to keep the same appearance.
