Hello! I'm new to age regression myself but here are a few tips that worked for me when navigating.
1. Sensible YouTube videos on the topic. You'll know there genuine if the person recording doesn't start the topic with hate or disgust.
2. Taking a few tests to navigate your little age can help as it gives you activities to try out. You'll be able to see what 'fits' best for you.
3. Spending time with yourself,stuffies or comfort items is a great way to feel things out.
