To be honest, you will probably will not be satisfied with my answer, but It's up to you. I have a few things that are a great start that you can pick from based on your lliking and how ready you are:
~Cutting off all toxic people that you have been keeping because you don't want to end up alone ( It's a hard one, I'm kinda struggling with It myself so It's okay If It's too much)
~Stop worrying about others more then you ( a great start, I started from that <3)
~Finding yourself ( It can be physical, like your face shape, your hair type etc, or finding what YOU like, and not what your friends or popular people like)(It can also be your types of meditation that brings you the most comfort)
~Connecting with nature ( It's pretty easy and probably the best for people who are stressed and depressed. It can be just buying plants, playing with your pet more or a walk to the forest/beach)
You want to start somewhere. Don't jump into unblocking chakras and manifesting If your energy is not god enough for that. Many people have weak energy because of the environment we live in. But It's okay! You can make It stronger thatnks to the starters I presented you. Tell me which one should I explain first! <33
