Summary/Brief snippet of the chapter:
As we were returning
from our trip to the outskirts of the forest to check up on the plants
and animals, a tree fell in front of us, blocking our path back home.
"What? I just made sure that tree was healthy and it was!" I said
"Are there any humans in the area?" Azure asked.
"No,
this is what humans call a 'national park' and it's forbidden for them
to cut down trees in a national park," Bumble said, reading from one of
the books he brought along.
At
the mention of humans I started to get nervous, this forest was not my
original home. I used to live in a smaller forest, but my parents and I
just barely escaped it being cut down. Shortly after we came to this
forest, my mother just kind of disappeared. It's been rough, but my
father and I are making do.
"Wait, do you see that?" Bumble said walking over to the fallen tree.
"What is it?" I asked.
"I'm not sure, I haven't seen anything like it" He said.
