first: The eggs actually shouldn't be alive. I think that something happend to make them all cracked but not enough to kill them.

second: Perhaps the QSMP didn't try to kill them, because they're eggs, there's a high possibility that they are going to hatch soon, and maybe they just got eggnaped and that's all lol.

Third: Maybe the QSMP are making the eggs die slowly, or just playing with the parents, to make them feel dispair, playing with their feelings.

I might be wrong on all of them but please tell me your thoughts on it :)

These are all cool theories :o I wanna comment on the first one, i heard from i think twitter? that there's a possibility something, or someone tried to kill the eggs but failed. And it probably wasn't the federation since 1. the eggs keep them(the players/streamers) on the island and 2. in the egg cracking video, at the start, the duck was distressed and lagging out :OO Idk though either, i'm also just theorizing XD 


(i just realized how old this post is after typing this but hey its still fun to theorize about old stuff Xd)
