for myself i found that asking teachers/professors for feedback on my work helped me lot! i really struggled with asking anything from my professors for a long time because of anxiety, but after i got the courage to i really started seeing improvement in my work! i also found that journaling helps a lot with dealing with things. really the only reason i have an account here is so i can use the diary function in blogs. meditation also is something that really helps me :)
