what got you into welcome home? [closed]

I saw it ALL OVER tiktok and I wasn't really convinced on joining it at first, but then a friend and me talked about it and we decided to get into it together. Not as complicated as I thought it was gonna be honestly

saw a youtube video on it and then it was everywhere

I think I saw it on tiktok first and just kinda got sucked in!! Loved the character designs and just kind of fell the rest of the way in

from my best friend! back in march my friend told me about a website about puppets and i was like "uh this is kinda strange" bc yk it was just puppets but he reallyyyy wanted me to get into it so i looked up the website and searched around then i got SO into it. at first i actually thought it was real, until my friend told me it was an arg. i was still very interested in it then it became a hyperfixation:D

I don't remember when, but I know it was before its big blow up on tiktok and social media! My older brother actually showed it to me and my silly little brain latched onto the characters (much to my brothers dismay)

saw it on tiktok and got rly interested! especially since it's a horror project ^^

I saw it all over TikTok and Youtube, and since my partners were into it and it seemed promising I looked into the media more where I could and now I quite like it! :]

Personally, I've been seeing a "Welcome Home" youtube video reading off the site, so I decided into explore it myself before the site was taken down. I was so incredibly endeared by the character just by designs alone but, by reading about them more I loved them more. So, now I'm making fanart and ocs about welcome home whenever I feel like it 

Honestly, I remember seeing Clown's illustrations back in February on tumblr and I was like "wow!!! neat!"

Then I started looking into it more mid March because I'm in love with weirdcore/dreamcore aesthetics. I also love horror, so it just sorta naturally went along!

And now I'm stuck in a Wally sized chokehold. c:
