would love it if there was an account setting that would follow a person's blog when added to friends!! going through newly added people's profiles to subscribe is a bit of a chore.

100% agreed. We already automatically see bulletins in our homepage, blogs just make sense as well.
Although I’ve noticed my blog subscription section is not showing up on my homepage anymore.

oh snap you're right!! i was away from spacehey for a few days and it's not here for me either. a weird choice tbh - i want to see what my friends post at first glance. and the change is also not documented in spacehey updates section
