My partner and I made this sauce with Angel Hair pasta this weekend. It was SOOOO good. A couple modifications we made:
- Instead of Baby Spinach, we used some leftover Kale
- Instead of doing the whole cashew nonsense (I love the stuff, it's just time consuming and we don't have the tools), we used coconut milk.
I really can't get over how good it was. I'm gonna want to make it every weekend.
