how do you add or remove images/gifs on your profile????

hi!!! so i recently added this really cute layout to my profile (creds on there!), but one problem... i don't know how to add my own images and gifs :0

any tips or tutorials i could follow would be really useful! feel free to link to other forums too if they've already answered this :))
