Kingdom hearts story discussion lol (SPOILER WARNINGS IN THIS THREAD!!!)

After playing 3 and remind, part of me wonders how much Nomura-san planned stuff out with the intent to answer it later. Like sure he might have had outlines and ideas but like was he sitting there thinking "oh yeah wait till they hear this". Also what are some great moments in KH where you got pay off for paying attention to the story? spoiler warnings are crazy here. My favorite pay off is the sea salt trio reuniting.
