Help with Layout.

Hey! I've been working on my blog theme, but I ran into some issues with the layout. Namely, for the about, I can't get images to work. I've made it work on other blogs with different layouts, but I think due to the animations and formatting on this one, something is screwing with it. I'm using a version of this that I've edited. (Not a HTML guy, so it took some time.) When I inserted one, it showed as this
so, i suspect it has to do with the container/sizing of about. Though, as I said, not an HTML guy, which is why I'm asking. The link to my version of code is here.
