All emotions/feelings are welcome.
This is a safe space to express and embrace them.
When we acknowledge and give our feelings the time and space they need, we can the release them and move forward.
First, let's connect to our breath:
Breath in for 4 counts
Hold for 4 counts
Breath out for 4 counts
Hold for 4 counts
