sleep paralysis??

When i was 10, i feel asleep at around 7pm. I was alone and i had shut up my door, turned off the lights and im pretty sure the curtains weren't closed.  once i feel asleep, in my "dreams" There was this white pale women she had long black hair and a white dress. Maybe a wedding dress? her white dress looked dirty, not to mention it was very very dark in the room i couldnt even see anything except for the flickering lights. She was next to the lights so you could see her, i was panicked and scared. She had a instrument in her hands and she played it, i dont remember how it went but she didnt show her face. She looked down at the instrument and stood there. I could move but it felt like i could only move in my bed, i put a pillow over my head and cried and begged her to stop. Once I woke up, it felt like it didnt even happened even tho i was sobbing in my "dream" it felt so odd, i was still in my room and i had looked around to see nothing afterwards, i quickly got out of my room. Haven't told anyone about this yet, Can't tell if it was a sleep paralysis or just some creepy dream.
