Hello and welcome!
As a manga reader, I would say that, yeah, Tokyo Revengers is worth watching.The protagonist, while not initially too impressive, grew into one of my favorite characters. He is very compelling and easy to root for.
Add that with the background of 2000's Japanese deliquency, which the author is very familiar with, as a former delinquent, and you get something very genuine and heartfelt.
It has its faults of course, but they didn't downgrade the storytooo much in my personal opinion.
Overall though, it is your decision on whether you watch it or not. Have fun!
