Dream?

It might sound silly but time to time i have “dream” when some thing is choking me or hurting me in some way. It’s not rlly dream tho cuz i was half wake up and felt my bed and everything but some hand were on my chest weird ass hands with long nails and the hand was huge. I couldnt see i had closed eyes but thats what i felt on my chest. I couldn’t move thats why i connected it with sleep paralysis but then it started like putting its finger in my mounth and breaking my teeth slowly cutting my tongue w its nail. Like i still thought its sleep paralysis after i was able to move but i have never heard like of being attacked in sleep paralysis. I have searched it up but nothing about it. Then i thought it was just vivid dream but it felt too much like i was awake and everything. Idk tho it still happens time to time to me. This weekend it was here again but idk like do someone of yall have simmiliar dreams or?? Just wanna know if i am the only one that had dream like that. Maybe its just silly nightmare tho so yea lol
