Death Metal

If you like brutal death metal, you should check out Guttural slug. MACABRE is also a good band, you should check out Dahmer.

pungent stench is one of my favs ever. i also like amputated, cattle decapitation, and macarbe. also theres anime otaku grind n slam bands out there i find pretty awesome and silly. one of them is called dehumanizing itatrain worship.

I prefer black metal but lately I love listening to death metal when I study, I put on Ossuary's "Supreme Degradation" on repeat and I never tire of it. 

There's a couple of blackened death metal bands I love and I want everyone to hear, Snorlax (like the pokemon but it's not a joke, it's really good music) and Suffering Hour. Their album "The Cyclic Reckoning" I think was the best album in the whole year of 2021. It's really unique, the sound of the guitars is unlike anything else, the melodies are beautiful and somehow they make me want to slow dance with someone, but that's not to say it's not heavy and brutal. I think it's really something special. Like a bitter velvety delicious piece of chocolate.

Guttural Slug is amazing! Some other favorites of mine are Necrambulant, Begging for Incest, and Today the Sun Dies. 

Nocturnus is amazing, Demilich, Adramelch (early stuff), Funebre

Curious if anyone would be kind enough to help me identify the 'sub genre' of my music because labeling it 'metal' is pretty generic and unspecific.

AI Analysis keeps saying Doom, Death or Black Metal. I don't think we are very black metal personally, I know we are not as heavy as most Death and not a slow as most Doom so I'm not sure. 

Any help, wisdom or opinions appreciated?
