Chainsaw Man - I guy turns into a human chainsaw and fights demons for a living
Gleipnir - A boy turns into a giant costumed creature that unzips to allow anyone inside him to fight monsters.
Brody's Ghost - fun mystery comic that takes its time to build.
I wouldn't say any of these is pure horror, but horror themed. Great books in my opinion with great art and story.

Welcome Back, Alice (8/10)
This is a buck-wild manga and if you're not familiar with Shuzo Oshimi style I would skip this. But despite its grosser scenes, it's honestly a really heartfelt and personal story on gender and gender nonconformity. esp since you can tell it came from the author's personal feelings on gender. But again, it's gross.
Home Far Away (10/10)
A short bl romance that absolutely ripped my heart out. It has a lot of religious themes and a gorg art style. It's literally just 12 chapters and saying anything more would spoil it so just go read it
