Creative Writing Tips?

I'm working on trying to get into creative writing and I'm looking for tips to help improve (aside from just writing frequently).
Specifically I'd like suggestions on resources to help improve my vocabulary and grammar skills that won't much if anything. The vocabulary is a big deal for me in particular as I've always struggled with word recall and expressing creative ideas in words alone so I would really like to improve that part.
So basically : suggestions on resources for learning better creative writing skills? 
 Grammar, Vocabulary (especially vocabulary that might be particularly useful for fantasy and scifi settings). Could be books, websites, anything that might be useful?
