I was at lunch talking to my friend & the girl I liked came up to me & ask me to hold her notebook. Because she was going to take someone with a wheelchair back to Their classroom. When she was walking away she caught me looking at her so I looked away. Then when we got to class I gave her back her notebook and she said thank you.

At the very least, it means she sees you as a reliable and trustworthy person and feels comfortable approaching you.
It's hard to say if there's more to it than that, since we didn't see her expression or hear her tone of voice.
Safe to say that she has a positive view of you, though!
