bulletin posting bug

occasionally when i try to post a bulletin, the text doesn't work unless i manually go to the dropdown menu and select "paragraph", and then it types in center align until i finish a line, at which point it finally switches to left align... this wouldn't really be a problem except for the fact that html doesn't work when it does this, so i can't post song embeds and stuff when i want to, and it also keeps the scrollbox from working correctly. is there a way to fix this?
