Did Spacehey change how you add images to the bulletins/blog/forums?

I haven't been online in a while and I've either forgotten how to add pics and images to bulletins and blogs. I know I've been able to do this before, I went through Imgur, but I think the "add image" button doesn't do what it used to and only gives me a url and description blank, it used to open blanks where I'd have to change the image size (if that makes sense lol)

Please help! I'm so confused D'x
