How to make custom cursor for spacehey page work?

Hi

i've been trying to put a custom cursor into my spacehey page
problem is,my code does not work
and i have no idea why because i put it inside the page custom code's body and literally copy and pasted the code perfectly,and yes the website's cursors do work,it just not apper on my page

help would be REALLY apprecited,thank you
