so i found out about the "small web" or "local web" or watever u want 2 call it, in about jan or feb last year, thanx 2 this group. about halfway thru 2022 i started a Neocity but i had very very subpar coding skills and my website looked disgusting. recently i was able to make it look super cool and now it's useable!

At least for myself the page is a bit difficult to understand, so I would suggest you some things!
Since you are using some old html tags (such as <font> or <center>), you should consider switching to an older doctype, html4 transitional could be good. Doing that, search engines of the classic web should find your page easier. I also noticed that you aren't using some html tags properly, cause the entire document should be inside a <body> tag, and the metadata (such as title) inside a <head>
And last but not least you should add an alt attribute to your images, so a person with visual problems will understand the images.
