• About yourself: name, nickname or pen name (as you like), pronouns and age (if uncomfortable with sharing, you can put minor, adult)

• What I'm looking for: beta reader, co-writer or both.

• Fanfic site: it can be AO3, Fanfiction.net, Wattpad, Tumblr, personal blog.

• WIP Fandom: your fandom, if your fic is fandom blind friendly, put it down here.

• Romantic relationships/platonic: add a ship name, A character X B character or A character/B character if it's a romantic relationship, C character and D character or C Character & D character if it's a platonic relationship.

• Characters: add here the main characters.

• TW/Archive warnings: add any content warning your fic may have, if there's not, type none.

• Genre/tags: depending on which page you are using, add the genre/tags of the fic.

• Language: your fic language.

• Your site link/username: ___

• Age range: if you are uncomfortable working with someone younger/older than you, you can add a preferred age range to your beta reader/co-writer.
