Anyone know where I can find Slugpups? I think they're just scattered around the map at random, but I want to adopt one so badly, they're so cute.... I wonder if there are any in the saint run too, considering the environment that run takes place in.

pups spawn randomly! each campaign has a different chance for pups to spawn, i think saint has some of the lowest chances,
pups usually spawn inside, or nearby shelters :]
