yes but they are all Japanese, no English versions I am aware of, the NGE 2 for Playstation 2 has the "Classified Documents" that give more lore information

Over at CDRomance you can find a bunch of fan translated Eva games for easy to emulate or mod systems like the DS and PSP

evangelion battle orchestra is a super smash bros typa game, pretty fun imo. and there's some visual novel games that you can find translated at cdromance.com (most of them are dating sims btw)

petit eva for the ds! i play it on my 3ds using an english patch but you can play on a laptop in japanese im pretty sure. its just an au where the human instrumentality project wasnt in progess and it was a wholesome world

I really love one called "Evangelion Shin Gekijouban: 3nd Impact", it's on PSP and it's a rhythm game about the songs of the first and second movie of rebuild. The only problem I see, is that, it's just in japanese, there's no fan translation, but you won't be having much issues considering it's a rhythm game and you aren't going to loose much if you don't understand, it's pretty easy to play it cause of the small amount of text there is.
