i didnt do anything, aromantic-audience found and patched the apps. i would assume he either had them downloaded on an old phone or found them through archive.org

Question, wouldn't this restore Youtube for any Wii with the internet channel, and wouldn't it restore Youtube playback on the PS3 once the app stops working?

XL (and the website as a whole) works on the Wii, PS3, and any other browser from 2009 onward at least.

there also seems to be a remake of Wii XL in the works, super early, not sure if it will ever be finished and it almost definitely won't be out by release, but it's something

english, polish, serbian, german and russian are the available languages

Another question about the comment system on yt2009, is that requires me to login with the Google Account or something else? (And also, did the login system will requires that too or using independent one like some modern YouTube instances?)

i dont know the whole details of the process since i havent done it but to login you have to set up some kind of relay between yt2009 and your google account

alternatively you can just simulate login, which is why it shows that im logged in in the screenshots. it also lets you add favorites, make playlist, subscribe, and leave comments*

*comments are only visible to other yt2009 users, i think
