do you eat your garnishes

i used to eat every lemon piece on my plate including the rind but: someone who worked at a large chain franchise (i'll call it...: "chili's") told me that the servers don't wash their hands while handling the lemons. yuck!! luckily (for the entire universe!!) i haven't died due to such dogshit level professionalism so common among.. bar wenches. i like munching stuff at a 'staurant though (a special occasion for one such as i) so what the fuck. do i stop going to all of them
