Anyone also too young in early 2000s to be emo?

First post on this site ngl. I'm 21 and was way to young to dress emo/scene in the golden days. Any other young emo/scene folk out there?

I was fucking 7 years old when "Welcome to the Black Parade" came out. I was literally seven. By the time I hit high school and started dressing Emo, I was 16 and it had mostly gone outta fashion.

Transitioned to Goth subculture (which I'm still part of), then come the pandemic and my interest in Emo grew again and I decided "Y'know what? Fuck it! I've only got this one life! I'll be both!"

Unfortunately, yes.  I was only 2 months old when my favorite album "The Black Parade" came out. I'm currently a 17 year old emo girl in the rawring 20s.

now I am 14 and I am from Russia, everything was not the same in the 2000s as in America in the 2000s, but I would really like to visit the 2000s
