Day 1 - Full Body Pull - Anterior
-Bodyweight chair squat
Tempo 3-1-0 (3 seconds going down, 1 second pause, and up)
4 Sets x 15 reps
-Push Ups
Modified on knees
3 sets x 10-15 reps
-Burpees
3 sets x 10 reps
